Who I am

As a lifelong member of the SoWashCo community, I understand firsthand the importance of quality public education. I am a proud graduate of SoWashCo schools, having attended Pullman Elementary, Oltman Middle School, and Park High School. I have had the privilege of serving on the school board since 2014, bringing over a decade of experience and institutional knowledge to this role.

My commitment to our district runs deep. My family’s connection spans four generations of students — my mom, all four of my children, and my two grandchildren have also attended or are currently attending SoWashCo schools — and my daughter works as a paraprofessional here as well. This multi-generational investment gives me unique insight into the challenges and opportunities facing our students, families, and educators today. I see our schools not just as a board member, but as a parent who wants the very best educational experience for every child in our community.

Through my years of service, I have worked tirelessly to support our students' academic success, advocate for our dedicated teachers and staff, and ensure responsible stewardship of our resources. I am running for re-election because I believe my experience, combined with my deep roots in this community, positions me to continue making a positive difference for SoWashCo schools.
